Since creating their original award-winning skinnypasta™, a high-protein, low-calorie and low-carbohydrate fresh pasta, things have evolved at Gabriella’s Kitchen. Although Gabriella passed away after a battle with cancer, she remains the company’s inspiration. Margot is the company’s visionary and, as CEO, she is the driving force behind our mission: to create delicious, better-for-you foods without compromise. We’ve also added to our pasta family, with multiple product lines of skinnypasta™, noodi™, and gabbypasta™ now also available online. GK has added a fourth brand, alto™, to represent its infused products. With its existing infrastructure of major retailers and an extensive broker network, GK is uniquely positioned to service both mainstream grocery and retailers across North America.
